The RX-7 was manufactured between 1978 and 2002 using a Wankel Rotary engine. The version above is a Series 1 (SA) which delighted an eager public with its neat flowing lines and peppy performance. The Series 1 spanned between 1978 and 1985 with a production total of 471,018 units produced. The RX-7 was initially offered with either a 4 Speed manual or 3 Speed automatic. This was later changed to either a 5 Speed manual or 4 Speed automatic.
