ABOUT US

We are a small group of car enthusiasts who own modern classics in Northern Ireland. We like to share our experiences good or bad related to our cars and those we're fortunate enough to drive. StillMotoring.com is aimed at the modern classic rather than cars built before 1950.

Most significantly we are developing our own methodology of evaluating classic cars and their worth. By using the expectations found among auctions, traders, private buyers and sellers as well as government sourced statistics that reflect how many vehicles remain in each model range. We believe our estimates are more often correct and valuations more likely to offer a sensible guide to potential buyers and sellers.

Additionally, we are keen to provide our opinion about the future of classic cars and how the political arena impacts a hobby enjoyed by millions as well as all manner of transport associated issues. Doing so may often prove controversial but believe by raising issues that confront us all, we can improve our understanding from a wide range of opinions to find answers to many of the challenges that confront us all related to transport generally i.e. the condition of roads, electric vehicles etc.

Also,  we want to circulate credible recommendations of firms or people we come across who have proved useful. Maintaining their services is vital to having reliable sources of support when the need arises as it inevitably will. To that end we provide lists of Northern Irish auto electricians, clubs, mechanics, transporter services that either we or a subscriber has recommended.

Additionally, we welcome contributors who wish to have their vehicles included on our site with a short history about how they came by them and how good or bad they have been. So, feel free to drop us a line with photographs. P.S. If you wish to remain anonymous we will withhold your name and blank out any registration identifiers, just remember to tell us that is what you want.

There are also several other pages devoted to the sale and swapping of vehicles with helpful guides to keep safe and secure.
